Dairy free, grain free & refined sugar free
Ingredients
• 2 cups Almond Flour
• 1/4 tsp Himalayan / Sea Salt
• 1/4 tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Spice&Easy Ceylon Cinnamon
• 2 tsp Spice&Easy Organic Ground Ginger
• 2 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
• 1 tbsp Natural Date Syrup
• 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F / 180° C or gas mark 4
Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick baking mat
Blend almond flour, Himalayan / sea salt, baking powder and the Spice&Easy blends
Add the natural date syrup and coconut oil to the dry ingredients and blend well until a soft dough forms
Roll large teaspoons of dough into small balls
Press each with the palm of your hand to flatten it and place on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies are turning golden brown
Cool for 10 minutes
