At Spice&Easy, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If there is ever an issue, we are here to help.
Food & Safety Policy
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of opened food products.
If your item has been opened, we cannot resell it and therefore cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly include: • Your order number • A clear photo of the item and packaging • A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following: • A replacement product • A refund to your original payment method • Store credit (if preferred)
Unopened Products
If you change your mind and the product remains unopened, sealed, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
International Orders
For international orders, Spice&Easy is not responsible for:
• Customs delays
• Import duties or taxes
• Parcels refused due to local import regulations
If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal or non-collection, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
