From Steni Farmers Market to Your Kitchen

 

Spice&Easy began humbly in 2012 in the beautiful Akamas area of Cyprus, when we helped establish the Steni Farmers Market.

​

We’re Catherine and Joe, and what started as a small market stall grew from our shared love of good food, honest ingredients and healthier everyday living. We began creating handcrafted spice rubs and seasoning blends in small batches, using ingredients we were happy to use in our own kitchen.

​

Those early market days taught us a lot. Talking directly with customers showed us there was a real appetite for bold, authentic flavour without the unnecessary salt, fillers, preservatives and additives often found in mass-produced seasonings.

So we kept experimenting, blending and expanding.

Over the years, Spice&Easy grew from a handful of handmade blends into a wider range of herbs, spices, chillies, specialty ingredients and wellness-inspired products. As more customers asked for an easier way to restock between market days, our online shop was born.

 

Today, we still work with the same small-business philosophy that started in Steni: carefully selected ingredients, small-batch preparation and a personal approach to everything we do.
