These simple spiced potatoes are one of the most popular Indian side dishes. Serve as part of any Indian meal, although they are particularly good with chicken and vegetable curries.
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Spice&Easy Indian Spice Blend
350g - 500g potatoes, boiled and cooled then slices
Preparation
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat
Add the potatoes and sprinkle with Spice&Easy Indian Spice Blend
Fry until potatoes are hot and crispy, stirring occasionally to ensure they are well coated with the spices They will look quite yellow in colour, this is good!
