Our signature blend is an addictive treat when served as a dip with drinks or as an appetiser made from almonds, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, coriander, cumin and fennel seeds.
Traditionally used as a dip for fresh bread and vegetables, Dukkha can be combined with olive oil to make the dip even more ‘dippable’!
Dip pieces of bread or vegetable into olive oil and then into the dukkha. It's also an excellent salad dressing ingredient, and adds dynamic dimension as a “crust” for roasted or pan sautéed chicken, fish, or pork.
Coriander, cumin and fennel provide the exotic flavour and the combined blend has enormous health benefits. Dukkha is rich in proteins, fibre, essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which can help to lower blood sugar, bad cholesterol (LDL) and boost immunity.
