Ingredients
- 5 Scotch Bonnet peppers
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
1. Remove stems and seeds from peppers.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
3. Refrigerate in a sterilized bottle for 24 hours.
