Ingredients

  • 5 Scotch Bonnet peppers
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

 

Instructions

1. Remove stems and seeds from peppers.

2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

3. Refrigerate in a sterilized bottle for 24 hours.

 

Enjoy as a fiery topping for grilled meats, rice, and more!
